The majority of New England Racing Tires products have not been tested according to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) requirements and are not certified as meeting Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), unless otherwise noted.

These products do not carry Department of Transportation (DOT) markings or Tire Identification Numbers (TIN).

They are sold for off-road and competition use only and may not be used on public roads. No other applications are intended or implied unless otherwise noted (for DOT-marked tires).

By purchasing these products, the buyer acknowledges and understands that the products are intended for competition and off-road use only.

Tires are sold with no warranty, either implied or offered. Buyers assume all risks associated with the use of products not intended for road use.

Terms and conditions of sale:

In consideration of purchasing products from New England Racing Tires, the purchaser hereby releases, discharges, and agrees not to sue WBG LLC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way relating to the purchase, use, or mounting of these products (tires).

I understand that there are inherent risks associated with the use of New England Racing Tires products, including, but not limited to, the risk of injury, property damage, and death. Purchaser does voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold WBG LLC harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action arising from my use of these products.

The purchaser has read and fully understands this waiver, the terms and conditions of sale, and the release of liability. The purchaser fully understands the terms and conditions and agrees to them freely and voluntarily, without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to them.
